We appreciate that every organisation is different, and there really is no one-size-fits-all process, no matter what the flavour-of-the-day is. AS3 works together with clients to target root causes at system level & organisational levels, working together to craft solutions relevant for the specific context & culture of the organisation.
AS3 does not presume to know everything either, we shy away from prescribing implementations unless the stakes are really high, and there aren't any alternatives such as the case to implement a major project rescue at all costs. AS3 strives to remain on the state-of-the-art, through networking events, training and keeping up with industry news via memberships such as ACM, IEEE & PMI.
